The Harley-Davidson Motor Company Vehicle Operations facility in York is our final assembly plant. Employees at York also perform a variety of manufacturing operations, including fabrication, welding, polishing and painting and produce a wide range of current and replacement parts for all models. Join our team as a Associate Retail Sales.

Job Summary:

The Retail Sales Associate (RSA) is the first point of contact for York Employee Store guests (site employees and business guests at the site) and will be responsible for providing a positive, enjoyable learning experience for all guests. The RSA is an integral member of our retail team, responsible for day-to-day operations in our store.  The RSA will be responsible for imparting knowledge about our products/services to guests conducting sales, processing merchandise, contributing to a positive/professional team-based work environment and performing various guest-facing activities.  

Job Responsibilities:

Must be able to work 20-25 hours (part time) with flexibility based on open hours of operations:
 

Tuesdays 1pm – 10pm

Wednesdays 10:30am – 7:30pm

Thursdays 5:30am – 1:30pm

• Requires outstanding hospitality skills with the ability to understand and resolve guest questions or issues
• Conduct guest transactions and interactions in a professional manner using a point-of-sale system
• Possess sales skills that will contribute to achieving sales goals
• Help maintain a neat and clean store environment
• Must be willing to assist the Lead RSA with all facets of guest service and processing merchandise within our store
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment while being fair, honest, creative, and positive
• Ability to be self-motivated to multiple duties simultaneously and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Education Specifications:

High school diploma or GED/HSED is required

Experience Requirements:

• Two years of previous experience in a guest service or retail work environment.
• Ability to understand and resolve guest questions or issues while keeping the organization’s goals in mind.

The pay range shown represents the national average pay range for this role. Your pay may be more or less than the stated range and is dependent on your geographic location and level of experience.
