When you apply for a job at H-D you will be asked to create two profiles:

  • Talent Community profile – to manage your job alert emails
  • Application profile – to submit and manage your job application(s)

Both profile IDs will be your email address, and will require you to create a password.


Forgot My Password

If you have forgotten your password, please click the “forgot password” button. Please note that our process does include two different profiles, one for the Talent Community and one for the Application Profile.



We highly recommend that you add a resume/CV to be included with your application. We will leverage your resume during our selection process.

Adding a resume can also make the profile creation process easier.

You can use the “import profile” button to pre-load your information into your profile. You will need to review and potentially make edits to ensure your profile is correct.


Application Confirmation

Once you send your application you will receive an automated email to the address used in your Application Profile confirming it has been submitted.

You can also view your submitted applications by going to the “Candidate Zone – Dashboard” and clicking on “Applications”.


View Saved Applications

To view/continue an application in process, use the following steps:

  • “View Saved Application” link in the top menu of the Job Search site
  • “Sign In” using your Application profile credentials
  • “Candidate Zone – Dashboard”
  • “Applications” to see your saved and submitted applications
