The Harley-Davidson Motor Company Vehicle Operations facility in York is our final assembly plant. Employees at York also perform a variety of manufacturing operations, including fabrication, welding, polishing and painting and produce a wide range of current and replacement parts for all models. Join our team as a Analyst Product Quality.

Job Summary

The Product Quality Analyst plays a critical role on the team to proactively inform the organization on Quality performance.  The role is responsible for measuring and reporting all Quality Key Performance Indicators (Quality KPIs) for the York facility.  The central focus is to develop and maintain reports that drive accountability and enable process problem solving in alignment with Manufacturing Quality objectives.  The Product Quality Analyst is responsible for development of Digital Production Performance Dashboards and leads all continuous improvement activities involving Quality data collection, integrity, and analysis.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Reports all manufacturing Quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the facility; First Pass Yield (FPY), Scrap, and Conditions per Hundred (CPH).
  • Effectively communicates complex information regarding quality performance to manufacturing and executive stakeholders.
  • Demonstrates skill in maintaining data integrity, monitoring performance, and analyzing data.
  • Solves problems and provides solutions using both creative processes and analytical methods.
  • Leads the development of digital manufacturing scoreboards to provide real-time Quality performance data for manufacturing teams

Experience Requirements

  • Typically requires a minimum of 3 years of related experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Experience in the use of statistical analysis and data manipulation techniques
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel & VBA development
  • Experience extracting data from SAP ME and SAP ECC
  • Experience with .NET application development
  • Experience with SQL language

The pay range shown represents the national average pay range for this role. Your pay may be more or less than the stated range and is dependent on your geographic location and level of experience.
