The Harley-Davidson Motor Company Product Development Center (PDC) located in Wauwatosa, WI is home to the mantra – You dream it. We build it. Join our team as a Sr. Business Analyst - Product Development Strategy & Ops.
Job Summary
The Business Process Analyst leads the management and analysis of product development data to enable informed, data driven decision making. Partner with Program teams and functional managers to drive clarity and common understanding of product development health.
WHAT You Do (key outputs you’re personally accountable for to ensure success):
Tools:
- Jira: Admin role experience preferred. Experience creating Filters with JQL and Basic, Dashboard Gadget Experience and Knowledge of backend Workflow creation and impact.
- Power BI: Knowledge and experience in the tool leveraging data sets outside of the tool, merging relevant data together to support information and report out needs through the creation of user-friendly dashboards.
- MS Teams/SharePoint: Experience using the tool primarily for communication and file sharing.
- Data: Transform available data into automatic report outs that monitor critical metrics identified by the Strategy & Operations team that highlight the progress of key deliverables, generating early insights and reflecting overall product development health.

- Culture: Help enable an efficient and continuous learning product development culture by driving continuous improvement of program operations (e.g., process, tools, communications). Support clear alignment across product development by delivering tools & processes that provide clear and concise communication of information.
- Engagement: Help drive cross-functional program collaboration by delivering and supporting the processes and tools that enable efficient program operation.
- Knowledge Sharing: Ensure every team member has the knowledge, tools, and direction to be successful via training and support. Identify and fill gaps by connecting individuals with relevant experts for help.
Education Requirements
- Relevant professional and/or educational experience.
- HS Diploma Required
- Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.
Experience Requirements
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of related experience. In addition, they will have demonstrated the following:
- Ability to manage, track, and communicate technical information in a clear, concise, and understandable manner to a broad group of stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and quality of data accuracy and readiness
- Creative approach to assessing project data and inspiring others to continuously improve processes and how we work.
- Success coordinating teams of internal stakeholders to drive organizational change.
- Ability to lead and influence cross-functional team members without direct authority.
- Proficient in Jira, Power BI, PLM, MS Teams & SharePoint.
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS Project.
- Experience with resource management preferred
- Experience with requirements management and associated tools (ex – Helix ALM) preferred

The pay range shown represents the national average pay range for this role. Your pay may be more or less than the stated range and is dependent on your geographic location and level of experience.
