Job Summary
Harley-Davidson is seeking an Associate Merchandiser for Apparel & Licensing to drive product merchandising and brand growth in our business. This individual will assist the merchandising team to build strong assortments that will achieve financial objectives
Job Responsibilities
Product & Line Management
- Support the seasonal line creation process, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and consumer insights.
- Maintain line plans, style master data, and seasonal product documentation.
- Assist in preparing seasonal assortment tools, including line sheets, SKU counts, and product briefs.
- Manage sample tracking, organization, and preparation for internal reviews and milestone meetings.
Consumer & Market Insights
- Conduct competitive market research to track trends, pricing, silhouettes, and key materials.
- Analyze consumer insights and marketplace data to help inform key product decisions.
- Monitor sales performance to identify opportunities, trends, and risks.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with key cross-functional partners on a day-to-day basis
Financial & Business Support
- Update merchandising tools, calendars, and reports to inform decision-making.
- Support preparation for milestone meetings, Go-to-Market reviews, and executive presentations.
Operational Excellence
- Ensure on-time delivery of all merchandising deliverables and adherence to the product creation calendar.
- Help maintain the organization of the product room, seasonal boards, samples, and visual materials.
Education Requirments
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Business, Fashion, or related field preferred
Experience Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in merchandising, product development, or planning (preferably apparel).
- Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in Excel and merchandising systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and cross-functional partnership skills.
- Passion for apparel, consumer trends, and marketplace behavior.
- Self-motivated, with attention to detail and deadlines.
- PowerPoint, FlexPLM experience required.

The pay range shown represents the national average pay range for this role. Your pay may be more or less than the stated range and is dependent on your geographic location and level of experience.
