Job Summary
The Senior Analyst Regulatory Affairs Commercial will provide support to the Manager Regulatory Affairs Commercial. This position will support the implementation of processes and strategies that ensure the smooth delivery of products by enabling undisrupted shipment and sale of products world-wide. The position will perform research and monitor worldwide product and international compliance areas.
Job Responsibilities
- Demonstrates working knowledge and experience in compliance and market development and works closely with international marketing department, Sales and Quality Assurance to resolves issues.
- Impacts the quality of their work by staying up to date on trade issues, product labeling, safety and other government regulations.
- Solves compliance and certification problems by analyzing solutions using technical expertise, research and judgement.
- Provides informal guidance to others in the planning of in-market compliance-related activities.
- Communicates effectively with stakeholders through the exchange of information, asking questions and checking for understanding

Experience Requirements
- Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of analyzing and interpreting data.
- Some travel required 10 – 20 % Related experience in compliance, product planning or engineering within automotive, energy or consumer electronics, preferably within a premium brand and be a team player who is able to work well within a diverse multicultural team.
- Sound knowledge of English as a language is required.
- Knowledge and understanding of US/International product regulations is preferred
