Job Summary
The Marketing Lead is responsible for driving Media Campaign Performance, Social Media Strategy, CRM, Marketing Operations, Market Intelligence, Customer Insights, and Go to Market strategy. This role works closely with the Latin America Marketing Leader, regional marketing team and global headquarters.
The role supports key stakeholders including internal teams, external agencies, retailers, and headquarters, and reports to the Latin America Marketing Manager.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead Brazil monthly media campaigns. Working with multiple agencies focusing on performance and processes improvement. Provide monthly reports, analysis and action plans if needed.
- Oversee Latin America media campaign plans.
- Lead Social Media strategy (content generation/followers interaction/growth), always proposing creative ways of engaging with followers and extracting the best from our partner agencies.
- Build CRM and Lead Management strategy for Latin America markets, working in partnership with external providers, retailers and sales stakeholders. Establish KPIs and deliver results according.
- Support Marketing plans by supervising the Marketing Operations including vital coordination with internal teams, dealers, external vendors & agencies through product launches, trade marketing initiatives, and communication strategy to support our live initiatives.
- Responsible for close tracking of marketing budgets and financial management. The Marketing Lead is responsible for managing and operationalizing the suppliers’ payments.
- Gather Market Intelligence, keeping close track of competition, market share & new product launch reporting.
- Provide agencies and retailers with Brand training when applicable.

Experience Requirements
This position typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with ideally 6-8 years of total work experience. In addition, the successful candidate will have demonstrated the following:
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders without authority.
- Ability to communicate fluently in both English (verbal & written) and Portuguese. In addition, Spanish is desirable.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with external Marketing & Advertising. agencies and vendors. Must have experience of managing social media platforms for brands/key accounts.
- Past experience in developing and implementing CRM strategies including EDMs, newsletters, etc.
