Job Summary
This role is responsible for executing operational strategies related to Vehicle / Parts, Accessories & Merchandise Order Management. This role will ensure the order-to-cash cycle is effectively executed. This role, depending on location, may also execute all inter-company transactions for Vehicles / Parts, Accessories & Merchandise. This role will also proactively lead continuous improvement efforts to improve the order management processes and systems and collaborate extensively with similar functions in other regions across the globe.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end order-to-cash process for LATAM, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Oversee logistics operations, including shipping, customs, and delivery coordination across multiple countries.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams on demand and supply planning, ensuring alignment with sales forecasts and inventory availability.
- Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, distributors, and third-party logistics providers.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Successfully coordinate and support multiple projects simultaneously, including system upgrades, process automation, and regional initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with trade regulations and internal policies across all LATAM markets.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and customer-centricity within the team.
- Deliver clear, concise, and effective communication across all levels of the organization.
Education Requirements
Education Specifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
Experience Requirements
Required
- Experience in order management, logistics, or supply chain operations, preferably in the automotive or consumer goods industry.
- Proven experience managing order-to-cash cycles and working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong understanding of demand and supply planning processes.
- Demonstrated success in leading teams and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Fluent in English; Spanish is a strong advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
