Job Summary

The eCommerce Sr Analyst (Marketing) will be responsible for supporting and executing the digital marketing retail strategy for Harley-Davidson apparel and parts and accessories (P&A) across all our eCommerce initiatives. In collaboration with H-D Marketing and Brand this role will be responsible for overseeing all technical components of marketing campaigns including promotional strategies, email, influencer marketing, and evaluating website traffic and other data to better understand customer engagement and conversion. This role will help develop new marketing revenue opportunities through testing and executing these programs across paid acquisition, SEO and email for eCommerce.

Job Responsibilities

•    Lead, support and manage work related to integrated channel campaigns for eCommerce across paid acquisition, email and SEO to exceed Apparel and P&A targets.
•    Monitor campaign performance to maintain efficient and effective ROAS.
•    Responsible for the creation of the marketing calendar to ensure on-time delivery of campaigns.
•    Assist with H-D’s understanding of customer path to conversion and collaborate with Brand to optimize paths in line with audience strategies.
•    Improve creative testing methodologies across all Digital channels.
•    Leverage domain expertise, test design skills, stakeholder management, and creativity to aid with the implementation of an omni-channel, full funnel strategy.
•    Support digital agencies and determine methodologies to increase capacity within budget.
•    Evaluate and develop tooling and automation alongside the Product team.
•    Work with global teams to create multilingual asset creation and copy to support eCommerce campaigns.
•    Align with local markets to create regionally aligned marketing campaigns.
•    Work with email agency to grow the channel in line with objectives.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's Degree Preferred

Education Specifications

•    Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Business Administration, or related area is preferred.
•    Fluent in English.

Experience Requirements

This role typically requires a minimum of 4 years of related experience managing an online sales environment including:

•    Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse data to draw conclusions and translate them into insights and recommendations.
•    4+ years of direct experience supporting Digital ad campaigns: Paid Search, SEO, Mobile, Social Technologies and Online Advertising
•    Highly innovative experience integrating efficient Direct Response campaigns with sophisticated brand messaging and audience strategies.
•    Excellent verbal and written communications skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions with key stakeholders, influencing other with strong follow-through.
•    Demonstrated ability to work interdependently and to manage multiple projects concurrently.
•    System knowledge with the platforms and tools is a plus: Google, Axciom, SAP and Salesforce.
