Job Summary

 

The Marketing & Partnerships Manager – Racing Programs, North America will play a key role in Harley-Davidson’s racing growth strategy across the U.S. This position will lead integrated marketing, partnership development, and fan engagement efforts for North American racing platforms including MotoAmerica, American Flat Track (AFT), and dealer and regional racing activations. 

 

Reporting to the Director, Global Motorsports, this role will serve as the primary liaison for U.S.-based racing teams, partners, and events—driving awareness, delivering best-in-class sponsor experiences, and helping bring new fans into the world of Harley-Davidson Racing. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead marketing, brand activations, and partner engagement across MotoAmerica and AFT racing series. 
  • Serve as day-to-day point of contact for race teams, partners, and event organizers in North America. 
  • Build and manage relationships with current and prospective sponsors to grow commercial support. 
  • Coordinate with dealership and retail marketing teams on regional activations and ride-in campaigns. 
  • Develop and execute fan engagement programs, including experiential activations and event content capture. 
  • Support the development of integrated campaigns in collaboration with H-D’s Brand, PR, and Social Media teams. 
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Apparel, Licensing, Legal, etc.) to align marketing efforts with company goals. 
  • Represent Harley-Davidson Racing onsite at North American races and manage execution of brand presence. 
  • Track deliverables and performance metrics across sponsor activations and event campaigns.

Required

  • Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience.
  • Proven ability to manage commercial relationships and deliver high-impact marketing activations. 
  • Strong knowledge of the motorsports ecosystem, particularly MotoAmerica and AFT, is a plus. 
  • Experience developing content and working cross-functionally with creative, agency, and PR teams. 
  • Strong event execution and operations skills, including vendor and partner coordination. 
  • Passion for motorcycles and the Harley-Davidson brand. 
  • Ability to travel to races and dealership events as needed. (Estimated travel: 40%)

The pay range shown represents the national average pay range for this role. Your pay may be more or less than the stated range and is dependent on your geographic location and level of experience.
