This remote role is not tightly linked to a physical location and provides flexibility in where, when and how you accomplish your work. Remote employees are expected to have a dedicated, quiet and distraction-free work space and an internet connection that’s sufficient for completing their job remotely.

Job Summary

The Campaign Strategy & Insights Marketing Lead of the Campaign Marketing function will oversee measurement and performance for campaigns and consumer engagement within the North America Marketing organization. In partnership with the Marketing Manager, they will lead the overall development and dissemination of strategic marketing intelligence to deliver on business objectives. You’ll be a partner within our Campaign Marketing Team, who will use your insights to make decisions at speed.


This individual will also work with functional teams across the organization (channel owners, regions, motorcycle insights, etc.) to holistically review, track and report on marketing performance. The ideal candidate for this role must be a motivated self-starter that is always looking to improve their work and make a difference in North America Marketing and ensure our marketing actions connect at an emotional level with every consumer. They ensure all projects are completed with consistency to deliver on the company strategy and goals. 

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with marketing manager to develop marketing performance approaches, rooted in historical marketing results, research, and business needs.
  • Lead marketing KPI development for regional campaigns and channels (paid media, email marketing, .com, organic social, PR, etc.), ensuring clear and actionable goals aligning with marketing objectives.
  • Harness marketing campaign performance and customer data to understand and spotlight optimization opportunities.
  • Initiate tests within marketing campaigns to assess marketing strategy and performance across channels (ex: A/B tests).
  • Oversee and fine-tune tools for data collection, and identify emerging trends, technologies, and methodologies in marketing analytics.
  • Drive a culture of data driven marketing that cultivates data storytelling. Bridge the gap of art and science within the marketing organization and be able to simplify complex results into tangible actions. 
  • Love data and can focus intensely on quantitative analysis and analytics: Dashboards, Reporting, Insights.

Education Requirements

  • HS Diploma or GED Required
  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred

Experience Requirements

  • 8 years marketing insight analysis, web analytics, predictive analytics and modeling or paid media analytics
  • Demonstrated experience using MySql/SQL, Excel / Google Sheets for data analysis and creating data models
  • Experience in building, using, and maintaining Business Intelligence (BI) software such as Tableau or Looker
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics & tagging
  • Ability to draw strong conclusions and advise how to utilize data analyses to drive material business changes
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Incredibly strong attention to detail
  • Results-oriented: able to quickly execute and get things done

The pay range shown represents the national average pay range for this role. Your pay may be more or less than the stated range and is dependent on your geographic location and level of experience.
