This remote role is not tightly linked to a physical location and provides flexibility in where, when and how you accomplish your work.
Job Summary
This is an opportunity to support the Lifestyle categories, including Home Goods, Novelty Items, and Automotive Accessories. The right individual will serve as a brand ambassador and will be essential to the licensee. He/she must be collaborative and customer-focused and who has prior project management experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Proactively supports the day-to-day communication with the licensed partners.
- Partner with Manager and legal to amend and update legal documents.
- Drive discussions with licensees and their Sales organization to maximize business opportunities globally.
- Partner with Manager and legal to amend and update legal documents.
- Leverage appropriate resources to prepare business reviews, presentations, market recaps, and selling information.
- Streamline corporate communication of licensee updates and support day-to-day licensee needs.
- Provides monthly and quarterly business analysis by analyzing sales and ad hoc reporting as needed. Coordinate monthly financial reviews and quarterly reviews with licensees to address findings.
- Maintain and analyze internal and external door directories, door distribution lists, etc
- Continually analyze and identify opportunities to drive/grow the business.
- Compile and track business performance, including certificates of insurance, quarterly royalty reports, and sales forecasts.

Experience Requirements
- Typically requires no previous professional experience
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred
- The ideal candidate understands licensing in an every-change retail landscape and is a highly motivated, driven, enthusiastic, and results-oriented professional
- Related experience, preferably in licensing, brand management, or project management
- Strong organizational and planning skills to ensure timely and accurate execution of responsibilities
- Strong sales analysis and reporting skills
- Driven, confident, proactive, solution-oriented, and organized

The pay range shown represents the national average pay range for this role. Your pay may be more or less than the stated range and is dependent on your geographic location and level of experience.
