Located just outside of the heart of DFW, and in one of the fastest growing suburbs, the Plano, Texas office serves as one of the Company's two operations centers. It serves as the main hub for HDFS’ Commercial Finance business, and also houses employees representing Rider Services, Underwriting, Risk, Enterprise Project Management, Accounting, Compliance, Human Resources, Global Information Services, Communications, and Legal. Job Summary

The Senior Business Transformation Analyst primary responsibility is to coordinate and lead all high priority functions required for Servicing accounts in North America. This individual will be responsible for improving increased stakeholder value through Operational Improvements, Risk Initiatives and Engineers’ Processes to raise adherence to processes and loss strategies. The Senior Business Transformation Analyst is the transformation and change management leader for Operations driving continuous improvement through Technology/Process Transformation, Training and Development, and Loan Management System Design.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinator of business processes and business outcomes and therefore leads the design of processes, procedures, and culture that deliver best in class Servicing Operations. Drives projects and initiatives that improve consistency, accuracy, and efficiency within Servicing through project plans, communication plans, and sustainment plans while implementing effectiveness measures to monitor and evaluate quality and accuracy.
  • Develops and executes change management activities for Operation’s objectives including preparing for change, change navigation, communication planning, planning for impacts to end-users, and increasing employee adoption.
  • Leads efforts to identify and implement best practices, improves execution of process changes and operational project execution to include management controls and delivery of sustainable and scalable processes.
  • Analyze business performance data and translates them into Servicing trends and operational requirements; assess any portfolio impacts and recommends changes in procedures, systems, processes, and controls. 
  • Manage processes and practices to reduce process variation, mitigate risk areas, implement controls, and ensure Company, strategy, and regulatory standards are met.  Monitor and assess existing and future processes for compliance, reputational, and operational risk; escalate findings with recommendations to remediate.
  • Creates, delivers, and manages all Servicing Training content including, but not limited to, content targeting new hire, refresher, technology, and new or improved processes. Business owner of the knowledge repository system and tool used for standardized communication and knowledge channels to ensure strategy, system/tool and process changes are delivered to the appropriate audiences in an easy-to-understand format that aligns to procedure documentation.
  • Works with business SME’s, product owners, and business analysts to internalize business processes and requirements with a focus on a desired business outcome. Demonstrates the use of technology, processes, tools, and methodologies in the design and delivery of solutions.  Leverage’s system, intelligent process automation, and human capabilities to deliver speed and agility in process design and implementation. This is completed through leading detailed process reviews, coordinating functional analysis, defining process complexity, forecasting benefits, and documenting standardized work.

 

Education Specifications

Bachelor's Degree Preferred

 

Experience Requirements

Required
•    5+ years financial services experience, preferably in Portfolio Management, Risk Management, Operations or Process focused role.
•    Creative thinker, problem-solver.
•    A proven track record of contributing impactful results.
•    Ability to quickly grasp and understand complexity, problems, and concepts.
•    Ability to achieve Project Management Professional (PMP), Green Belt or Agile/Scrum Master Certification desired within three years of hiring.
•    Excellent judgment, analytic skills, and ability to identify all relevant stakeholders, issues and risks.
•    Strong verbal and written communication skills; the ability to achieve positive outcomes through influence.
•    Leads and/or works well in a team environment; the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff.
•    Demonstrated ability to take the initiative and achieve results in a fast-paced and changing environment.
Preferred
•    3+ years of Process and/or People Management experience
•    Experience with operational risk, system programming and artificial intelligence is a plus.
•    Proficient in process mapping and in creating reference material and training content. 
•    Yellow Belt or other entry level project management certification
