Harley-Davidson Motor Company is headquartered in Milwaukee, WI, where the first H-D factory was built in 1903 - a wooden shed in the backyard of the Davidson's family home. Our onsite and hybrid Milwaukee area employees work out of the Harley-Davidson Product Development Center located just outside of the city - in Wauwatosa. Job Summary

 

The Talent Coordinator plays an integral role on the talent acquisition team by providing support and coordination throughout the recruitment process. In this role, you will provide world class customer service to internal stakeholders (HR and hiring managers) as well as ensure a superior candidate experience.

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Responsible for support, coordination, and execution of activities such as candidate management, interview scheduling, travel arrangements, pre-employment contingencies, and system transactions.
  • Effectively communicate with recruiters, HR business partners, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a smooth process.
  • Manage sensitive information, requiring strict confidentiality.
  • Partner with the recruiter to ensure all candidates are getting the best experience.
  • Establish and maintain solid working relationships with stakeholders across multiple facilities.
  • High degree of interaction with internal and external candidates.
  • Process invoices and reconcile recruiting expenses.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues.
  • Identify opportunities to improve practices and processes.

Education Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent Required

Experience Requirements

 

  • Typically requires a minimum of 1 year of related experience.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Experience with an applicant tracking system preferred.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Ability to prioritize work and manage time to meet the demands of multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously,
  • A high tolerance for ambiguity and change.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

The pay range shown represents the national average pay range for this role. Your pay may be more or less than the stated range and is dependent on your geographic location and level of experience.
