Job Summary
The Harley-Davidson® Riding Academy Operations Analyst thrives on working as part of an enthusiastic and energetic team and works with our dealer network, field personnel, and internal teams by achieving and maintaining a high level of operational excellence for the Harley-Davidson Riding Academy.
Job Responsibilities
• Execute daily operational processes for the Riding Academy Managers and Field Team to deliver rider education and high-quality customer experiences
• Develop, document, and maintain new tools, processes, and procedures will result in improved Riding Academy performance and experience
• Work cross-functionally with Riding Academy team on program development, implementation, an operational efficiency
• Guide dealers through implementation of both new and existing Riding Academy programs with a focus on operations, resources, and process
• Execute Riding Academy Coach recruitment, development, and retention day-to-day activities
• Analyze and integrate data from relevant sources to identify challenges, opportunities, and implications for achieving H-D business goals through Riding Academy operations
• Weekend program support of high priority operational issues, as business needs require
• Track and analyze projects and programs: sharing operational updates in weekly meetings
• Although this position will not have responsibility for direct reports, strong leadership, interpersonal and organizational skills are required to connect with cross-functional teams
• Ensures corporate processes and valued behaviors are followed
Education Requirements
Education Specifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Business Administration, or related area is preferred
Experience Requirements
• Typically requires a minimum of 3 years of related experience
• 2 + years of experience executing projects with national scope required
• Experience in motorcycles is preferred, but not required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Salesforce as well as Microsoft Office programs
• Facilitation and analytical skills - ability to understand, align and interpret data from multiple sources
• Detail oriented & highly organized
o Ability to deliver results on time, on budget, and to the very highest standards
o Able to multi-task and respond to shifting priorities

The pay range shown represents the national average pay range for this role. Your pay may be more or less than the stated range and is dependent on your geographic location and level of experience.
