This remote role is not tightly linked to a physical location and provides flexibility in where, when and how you accomplish your work.

Job Summary

This position is responsible for completing the design, configuration, and implementation governance of technical solutions across multiple global functional business areas as related to the ERP SAP Source to Pay (STP-Procurement and Inventory Management). This role provides effective solution designs to meet system strategies, capabilities, and technologies, to respond to current and future business requirements. Ensure that solutions are integrated end-to-end and that the necessary integration testing occurs to validate a solution and its touchpoints to ensure the technology meets stated Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators.

Job Responsibilities

•    Complete technical designs for information systems, ranging from high-level conceptual designs to detailed technical specifications.  
•    Lead various technical, infrastructure, and application efforts and initiatives. 
•    Manage and execute system/application installation, patching, rollouts, releases, and upgrades ensuring technical standards and strategies are being followed.  
•    Perform quality assurance reviews of technical specifications produced by external resources contributing to H-D technology projects and perform quality assurance reviews of the work product of developers to ensure compliance with the design specifications.  
•    Recommend design changes to production systems in response to changing business process, capacity, risks, and performance requirements.  
•    Periodically review technology foundation to develop lifecycle roadmaps for them.  
•    Contribute to the prioritization of technology problems and enhancement requests.  
•    Provide consulting and support services to identify technology system’s operational, monitoring, and reporting requirements. 

Education Requirements

Bachelor's Degree Preferred

Education Specifications

•    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, Information Systems is preferred. Advanced degree a plus.

Experience Requirements

•    Requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience  
•    At least 8 years of successful project delivery with a focus on systems design using waterfall and agile methodologies  
•    Working knowledge to other SAP functional areas like STP (Procurement and Inventory management), OTC (Sales and Distribution, and PTP (Manufacturing) to function in an Agile environment 
•    Hands-on experience with development tools, administration, design, configuration, customization, and implementation of applications, security, and 3rd party integrations 
•    Strong experience in, and orientation toward, solution design and structured system development methodologies 
•    Experience coordinating design activities and deliverables across a technology project or program  
•    Experience leading, mentoring, and developing other personnel in design and delivery roles 
•    A proven record of accomplishment in planning, managing, and delivering information systems, preferably in consumer products, manufacturing, distribution, or financial services.
