Job Summary

The Experience Development Coordinator role is part of a team focused on successfully developing and executing guest experiences for Harley-Davidson guests at the museum and other H-D venues.

 

We seek an individual with experience developing programs, tours and classes for adult and youth audiences. This role will work closely with several museum teams, including operations, events, curatorial and archives to leverage the company’s collection and exhibit assets to engage, educate and entertain guests at our venues. The ideal candidate will excel at identifying creative and unique experiences to attract guests and groups with a facilitated guest experience.

 

This is a part-time position, working 28 hours a week.

 

Job Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans for a variety of experiences for adult and youth audiences.
  • Coordinate program development with internal teams to ensure seamless program execution.
  • Assist in identifying tactics to reach target audiences and provide input on creating engaging materials to promote programs.
  • Develop implementation plans for programs, tours and classes, including the training of program facilitators and guides.
  • Monitor program performance to achieve desired outcomes for attendance and revenue for programs, tours and classes. Report periodic results to leadership team.

Guest Experience:

  • Analyze the guest experience and demographics to inform on areas of opportunity for new programs, tours and classes.
  • Possess a hospitality mindset to connect content-related experiences with guest satisfaction results.

Team Culture:

  • Ability to work as a member of several cross-functional teams to contribute to a positive work environment and provide actionable recommendations for organizational growth and development.

 

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED/HSED is required (Must be 18 years or older).

  

Experience Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in developing programs or guest experiences.
  • Strong organizational skills with a track record of managing a project from ideation to implementation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of Harley-Davidson history or brand is a plus.

The pay range shown represents the national average pay range for this role. Your pay may be more or less than the stated range and is dependent on your geographic location and level of experience.
