This role will have a combination of in office and remote work. We are open to someone living in several states within the Midwest.

Job Summary

Reporting to the Sr. Director, Finance - Product Development and Supply Chain, this position is responsible for providing financial leadership, business partnership and direction for all aspects of the Supply Management (Procurement) & Logistics Finance team.   This position will partner directly with the Vice-President Supply Management and the General Manager of Logistics and Trade, while providing financial leadership to their organizations and collaborating with their directors.  This role will support the end-to-end supply chain transformation as part of the Hardwire strategy and is accountable for the supply management and logistics monthly estimate, mid year forecast and annual plan; while also ensuring timely and accurate completion of the close process.  This role will also develop reporting of our worldwide logistics costs as they are currently dispersed through the organization

Job Responsibilities

•    Partner with a cross functional team to provide financial leadership and analysis on supply management and logistics initiatives including end-to-end supply chain transformation.
•    Operates as a key leader in influencing decision making and solving problems, striving to enable operational initiatives while maintaining financial integrity and safeguarding shareholders assets and earnings.
•    Lead the development of new best-in-class processes & tools that provide stronger insights and analytics to influence business decisions
•    Accountable for the supply management and logistics monthly estimate, mid year forecast and annual plan; while also ensuring timely and accurate completion of the close process.  
•    Lead a team of individuals; provide coaching to a diverse group of financial employees ensuring that the finance organizational objectives are met. 
•    Leverages tools for improved financial management and oversees the standardization of processes with best practices

Education Requirements

Bachelor's Degree Required

Education Specifications

  • This position requires a Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting or related field. An advanced Degree and/or CPA certification is Preferred.

Experience Requirements


•    Minimum of 12 years related experience and 5 years of management experience
•    Demonstrated progressive responsibility in Finance, with core experience in financial planning & analysis and project management
•    Experience working in Logistics, Supply Chain or Procurement Finance
•    Ability to translate data into insights and communicate simply across all levels of the organization
•    Team player that can collaborate and influence across the organization, including senior leadership
•    Demonstrated experience leading projects that contribute to the execution of functional and broader organizational strategy
