Job Summary

The Riding Experiences Associate (REA) is the first point of contact for Museum guests and will beresponsible for providing world-class riding experiences, hospitality, and a positive, enjoyable learningexperience for all guests. The REA role is an integral part of our Museum team, responsible for supportingthe Motorcycle Demo & JumpStart Program operations. REAs are responsible for welcoming all Museumguests, demo registration through a Global Lead App system, explaining a demo route, educating guestsabout new products and services, maintaining the motorcycle fl eet and equipment, safety checks, teachingguests how to ride through a JumpStart dyno and set up and tear-down of all operations. As a customerservice / hospitality representative focusing on riding experiences REAs provide guests with information toenjoy their on-campus experience.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of on campus events and riding experiences (Motorcycle Demos,JumpStart, Rentals) by managing a demo fl eet and equipment
  • Make sure all activities are run safely and follow HEAP training guidelines
  • Represent the Harley-Davidson Brand by interacting with customers and enthusiasts
  • Educate visitors about new products, vehicles models, and parts and accessories
  • Run the H-D Global Lead App (GLA) Lead Generation and Liability Waiver System

 

Education Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent Required

 

Experience Requirements

  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Must have a motorcycle endorsement / license with motorcycle riding experience and be ableto ride H-D Company Owned Vehicles (motorcycles)
  • Minimum of 4 years of related experience
  • Two years of previous experience in a guest service or hospitality capacity
  • A true team spirit and passion for the brand who thrives on working as a part of an enthusiasticand energetic team, inspiring others, demonstrating collaborative approaches to achievingresults, encouraging the inputs and ideas of others and understands the importance of positiveactive listening

The pay range shown represents the national average pay range for this role. Your pay may be more or less than the stated range and is dependent on your geographic location and level of experience.
