Job Summary
The EMEA Sales Program Manager is responsible for driving the execution of strategic sales initiatives, programs, and processes that support revenue growth, dealer/customer engagement, and operational excellence across the EMEA region. This role serves as a key liaison between Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product Planning, Supply Chain, Customer Experience, and Dealer Development teams to ensure the successful implementation of commercial strategies and business priorities.
This position plays a critical role in translating EMEA sales strategy into execution, ensuring that key initiatives are delivered effectively and generate measurable business results.
The ideal candidate combines strong program management capabilities with commercial acumen, enabling them to manage complex cross-functional initiatives while delivering measurable business outcomes. This individual will create visibility into program performance, drive accountability across stakeholders, and help accelerate execution of key sales objectives.
Job Responsibilities
Sales Program Leadership
• Lead planning, execution, and governance of strategic sales programs across EMEA.
• Manage multiple concurrent initiatives supporting retail sales growth, dealer performance, market expansion, and customer acquisition.
• Establish project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and success metrics for all assigned programs.
• Monitor program performance and drive corrective actions to ensure objectives are achieved.
Cross-Functional Coordination
• Partner with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Product, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to align priorities and execution plans.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and executive reviews to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Coordinate launch readiness activities for new products, promotional campaigns, and sales initiatives.
Sales Performance & Analytics
• Track key sales metrics, program KPIs, and business outcomes.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting materials.
• Analyze trends, identify risks and opportunities, and provide recommendations to leadership.
• Support sales forecasting and business planning activities.
Dealer & Customer Initiatives
• Coordinate programs designed to improve dealer performance, customer engagement, and retail execution.
• Support implementation of dealer incentive programs, retail campaigns, training initiatives, and operational improvements.
• Gather feedback from field teams and dealer partners to continuously improve program effectiveness.
Change Management & Continuous Improvement
• Drive adoption of new sales processes, tools, and systems.
• Develop communication and change management plans to support successful implementation.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve organizational effectiveness.
• Promote best-practice sharing across regional sales teams.
Executive Communication
• Prepare executive-level presentations, business reviews, and program updates.
• Communicate project progress, risks, mitigation plans, and resource requirements.
• Support annual strategic planning and budgeting processes.
Education Specifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Management, or related field required.
- MBA preferred.
Experience Requirements
Required
- 5-8+ years of experience in sales operations, program management, commercial strategy, or related business functions.
- Experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives in a large, matrixed organization.
- Experience supporting field sales organizations, dealer networks, or channel sales environments preferred.
- Experience within automotive, powersports, consumer products, manufacturing, or related industries is a plus.
- Strong program and project management skills.
- Excellent organizational and execution capabilities.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong financial and business acumen.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and CRM platforms.
- Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities.
