Job Summary

The incumbent is the key resource to drive Social Media Strategy, CRM, Marketing Operations including Marketing Budget Reporting & Financial Tracking, Dealer Marketing Support Programs & best practices, Market Intelligence & Customer Insights, Company fleet management & supporting New product (segment) Go to Market (GTM) strategy, working closely with the Region Marketing Manager and extended Marketing team of Italy, Spain and Portugal, and with EMEA Marketing teams, local sales teams and dealers.
The Marketing Lead will play a pivotal role in supporting in the Italian Market Marketing activities of following areas: Motorcycles, Parts & Accessories, Apparels & Licensing, events and other support functions. The profile will report to the Region Marketing Manager (who reports into the Region Managing Director).

 

Job Responsibilities

•    Lead the Social Media Strategy to attract new customers
•    Develop Tier-2 CRM programs and support Market CRM strategies
•    Support the Marketing plans by supervising the Marketing Operations including vital coordination with internal teams, dealers, external vendors & agencies
•    Close tracking of Marketing budgets and financial management, with complete process adherence, involving purchase order management, SAP controls, Invoicing, claims management & Accruals  
•    Support Dealer co-op programs tracking to evaluate results of Dealer Marketing plans
•    Gather Market Intelligence, keeping a close track of competition, market shares & new product launch reporting
•    Maintaining repository of dealer best practices and cross-sharing of information to uplift Customer Experience
•    Company motorcycles fleet management to ensure a smooth working fleet for customers, media & influencers, events & staff usage
•    Play a key role in strategizing and executing Go-To-Market Strategy for select segment
•    Marketing support for allied businesses such as H-D Certified

Experience Requirements

 

Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience. Ideally 8-10 years of total work experience.
Experience in automotive and luxury will be a bonus.
Excellent presentation and communication skills in dealing with influential individuals.
Ability to communicate fluently in English (both verbal & written).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Experience of dealing with external Marketing & Advertising agencies and vendors.
Must have experience of managing social media handles of brands/key accounts.
Past experience in developing and implementing CRM strategies including EDMs, newsletters, etc.
Valid big bike driving license. Being a motorcycle rider is preferrable.
