Job Summary
The Director of Sales is responsible for leading sales performance, dealer network development, and commercial execution across the assigned EMEA markets. The role partners closely with the Head of Sales & Managing Director EMEA to implement regional strategies, achieve wholesale and retail objectives, strengthen dealer profitability, and deliver sustainable growth.
The Director of Sales leads and develops sales teams across multiple countries, drives dealer performance, provides market intelligence, and ensures execution of regional business plans while maintaining strong alignment with cross-functional partners including Marketing, Finance, HDFS, Operations, and Network Development.
Job Responsibilities
• Develop and executes regional strategy aligned with EMEA strategic objectives and annual business targets.
• Deliver wholesale, retail, market share, P&A and A&L and dealer performance objectives within assigned markets.
• Lead, coach, and develop Field Sales Managers to maximize performance and engagement.
• Define, implement, and monitor sales objectives, performance metrics, and incentive programs to ensure achievement of business goals.
• Analyze sales performance, market trends, customer behavior, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities and risks.
• Provide regular performance reporting and actionable business insights to the Head of Sales & Managing Director EMEA and senior leadership team.
• Drive dealer network performance and development, profitability, customer experience, and operational excellence across assigned markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer principals, dealer councils, and key industry stakeholders.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of product, marketing, finance, and operational initiatives with commercial objectives.
• Utilize field insights and market intelligence to support product planning, pricing strategies, promotional activities, and go-to-market initiatives.
• Lead and participate in strategic projects that support regional growth, organizational effectiveness, and transformation initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable company policies, regulatory requirements, and data protection standards.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license.

• Typically requires a minimum of 12 years related experience. Minimum of 5 years of management experience.
• Must display exceptional leadership and professional management skills with proven ability to achieve superior results in a management role.
• Must have a leadership style that encourages collaboration, cooperation and teamwork with the ability to motivate others. Can foster team collaboration through clear objectives, processes, and measurements
• Requires a thorough understanding of financial measures, forecasting and other analytical skills. Ability to demonstrate deep understanding of key financial drivers of Dealer's business, including what best in class numbers should look like.
• Demonstrate a record of designing sales strategies, managing a sales force and achieving plan results.
