Our Powertrain Operations facility, located on Pilgrim Road in Menomonee Falls, WI, is where the “jewel” of the motorcycle comes to life. Pilgrim Road employees produce engines and transmissions for the final assembly plant in York, Pennsylvania, as well as transmissions, and replacement parts for sale through Harley-Davidson® Genuine Motor Parts and Accessories business. Job Responsibilities
• Utilizes Supply Chain concepts and techniques to support the Organization.
• Uses existing Material Requirement Planning (MRP)/Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP), statistical forecasting systems, statistical concepts and techniques to analyze information with guidance and direction from more senior level roles.
• Proactively supports the Supply Chain group by being accountable for their contributions in meeting the objectives.
• Communicates effectively with stakeholders such as Portfolio Management, Quality, Supply Base Management, and Dealer Services through the exchange of information, asking questions and checking for understanding.
• Interfaces regularly with key members of Operations Group on issues related to purchased product
• Ensures supplier invoices are paid on time, working with Accounts Payable & Supplier to resolve issues as needed
• Collaborates with Supply Base Management and Development Purchasing on changes to the supply base / part portfolio.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's Degree Preferred

Required
• Typically requires 3 years of professional experience.
• Work on functions such as forecasting, inventory planning, and purchasing.
• Willingness and skills to work effectively within a group/or team.
• Travel required up to 10%.

The pay range shown represents the national average pay range for this role. Your pay may be more or less than the stated range and is dependent on your geographic location and level of experience.
