Our Powertrain Operations facility, located on Pilgrim Road in Menomonee Falls, WI, is where the “jewel” of the motorcycle comes to life. Pilgrim Road employees produce engines and transmissions for the final assembly plant in York, Pennsylvania, as well as transmissions, and replacement parts for sale through Harley-Davidson® Genuine Motor Parts and Accessories business. Job Summary:

The Retail Sales Associate (RSA) is the first point of contact for Pilgrim Road Employee Store guests and complete back-of-house tasks for our Tour Retail Store.  This individual is responsible for providing a positive, enjoyable learning experience for all guests. The RSA is an integral member of our retail team, responsible for day-to-day operations under the direction of the Lead RSA.  The RSA will be responsible for imparting knowledge about our products/services to guests conducting sales, processing merchandise, contributing to a positive/professional team-based work environment and performing various guest-facing activities.  

Job Responsibilities:

• Must be able to work 25 hours per week on average (20 to 23 hours in Employee Store and 1 to 2 hours in Tour Retail Store depending on business needs) and fill in for Lead RSA if needed
• Requires outstanding hospitality skills with the ability to understand and resolve guest questions or issues
• Conduct guest transactions and interactions in a professional manner using a point-of-sale system
• Possess sales skills that will contribute to achieving sales goals
• Help maintain a neat and clean retail environment
• Must be willing to take directions from Lead RSA to assist or learn all facets of guest service and process merchandise between our (2) retail shops at Pilgrim Road
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment while being fair, honest, creative, and positive
• Manage multiple duties simultaneously and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  
  

Days of Operation:

The hours of this role may change if new traffic patterns are determined and we need to adjust our hours.

• Tuesdays - 9:00am-5:15pm
• Wednesdays - 6:15am-3:15pm
• Thursdays - 12pm-8:15pm
  
  

Education Specifications:

High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Experience Requirements:

• Two years of previous experience in a guest service or retail work environment.
• Ability to understand and resolve guest questions or issues while keeping the organization’s goals in mind.
  
  

The pay range shown represents the national average pay range for this role. Your pay may be more or less than the stated range and is dependent on your geographic location and level of experience.
