Job Summary


The Sr. Reliability Engineer will have a critical role in setting project quality targets through warranty analysis and past Test Incident Reports (TIR), supporting the improvement of designs, conducting Design Verification Plan & Report (DVP&R) planning, and do complex problem-solving of high risk test-related issues.

Job Responsibilities


  • Demonstrates in-depth knowledge and skill in Design Verification Plan & Report (DVP&R) planning.
  • Solves complex problems related to high risk or complicated test-related issues.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of continuous improvement practices through the design of improved product designs.
  • Acts as a resource for less experienced engineers on the team.
Education Specifications


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related technical field is Required.
  • Master’s Degree is Preferred.
Experience Requirements


  • Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience
  • Demonstrated skills and experience in the areas of product reliability, testing, or quality engineering.
  • Electric Vehicle systems/components experience. RESS, motor, motor controllers, charging systems, high voltage, Lithium battery and/or EV/HEV control system.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional team members without direct authority.
  • Proven track record of leading others, delegating responsibility others, and acting as a subject matter expert resource.
  • Demonstrated skill in communicating complex concepts to others in a clear, concise, and understandable manner.
  • Demonstrated experience in Leading Product Verification & Validation Test planning and execution.
