This remote role is not tightly linked to a physical location and provides flexibility in where, when and how you accomplish your work. Summary:
The Senior Analyst, Financial Systems position is a critical component of the Company's Financial Systems team and Reporting Center of Excellence. Currently, SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC) application is the primary reporting tool used in close & consolidation of HDI financials on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis, and is the application used to create the annual budget and quarterly forecasts for HDMC and HDI. This position is responsible for all aspects of administering the BPC application to support the worldwide Finance organization and key business stakeholders. Additionally, as Harley-Davidson looks to upgrade existing ERP systems and core technologies, the future replacement to BPC application is expected in the next few years. The Senior Analyst, Financial Systems will play a key role in documenting processes, defining requirements, and influencing design of the new technology implementation.
Job Responsibilities:
• Provide financial reporting systems support to Finance and Business stakeholders for the BPC environment (Dev/QA/Production).
• Support Month End Close - Ensure the actual data load process from BW to the BPC data base works properly, running logic validation and select month end reports
• Support Planning - BPC setup, run logic, run validations, run select reports
• Master Data - Maintain dimension members, hierarchies, and properties
• Security/Access – Approve/Deny access requests and support User Access Reviews
• User Support - Provide support for problem solving incidents or system related issues along with investigating and testing solutions
• Training/Documentation – Provide end user training and maintain BPC documentation and training materials
• CI/Enhancements - Support plan, design, test, and implementation of business process improvements in BPC
• Support the design, build and testing of the software which will eventually replace BPC
• Support other Finance transformation and modernization initiatives & SAP implementations
• Support data analytics using Power BI or other tools to improve reporting from disparate systems
Education Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field is preferred.
Experience Required
• Typically requires a minimum of 3 years of related experience.
• Experience supporting BPC or other financial consolidation and budgeting tools a plus
• Experience working in core financials and operational business processes such as General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Bank and Cash Management, Financial Reporting and Manufacturing Costing is a plus
• Experience with SAP a plus
• Experience with multi-dimensional databases a plus
• Communication skills necessary to provide effective presentation of ideas, plans and processes to other departments and senior management.
• Readiness to proactively drive and deliver high impact results through both individual and team efforts. Strong organizational skills, with ability to self-motivate and successfully work on multiple projects.
• A skilled approach to building strong working relationships with business partners. Strong and independent analytical thinker and influencer.
• Experience with Finance transformation within a highly complex organization is a plus.

The pay range shown represents the national average pay range for this role. Your pay may be more or less than the stated range and is dependent on your geographic location and level of experience.
