This remote role is not tightly linked to a physical location and provides flexibility in where, when and how you accomplish your work.

Job Summary

This position supports the Harley-Davidson Treasury Services team in the management of cash and protection of Company assets through risk management, risk transfer and process controls. This position provides comprehensive treasury support for assigned areas, which could include banking and cash management, investments, unsecured debt issuance/management, hedging, corporate card, cash flow forecasting, shareholder returns, unclaimed property, intercompany loans, and internal/external stakeholder relationships.

Job Responsibilities

  • Will work with minimum supervision to create complex analyses and reports, make and execute recommendations, track performance of banking partners through scorecards and metrics, field questions from Treasury leadership, and act as a resource for the Treasury Analysts/Associates
  • Make recommendations and execute Treasury strategies for assigned areas which include unsecured debt issuance/management including commercial paper, retail CDs, and medium term notes, interest rate swaps and caps, currency and commodity hedging, cash flow and liquidity forecasting, intercompany loans, and internal/external stakeholder relationships
  • Identify opportunities and make recommendations for cost reductions/improvements
  • Support and or lead Treasury projects
  • Perform month and quarter-end close activities related to areas of responsibility
  • Interface with banking partners to execute capital markets and hedging transactions

Education Requirements

Bachelor's Degree Required

Education Specifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics is Required.  Preference for MBA/MS and Professional Certification (CTP/CPA)

Experience Requirements

Required

  • Minimum three years experience in Treasury/Accounting/Financial Planning & Analysis with specific experience in capital markets and hedging
  • Experience in the use of complex spreadsheets
  • Must be self-motivated with a CI mindset
  • Should demonstrate attention to detail while maintaining a broad, analytical perspective
  • Ability to work independently in a lean, fast paced team-oriented  environment
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, time management, and written and oral communication skills.

Preferred

  • SAP, Bloomberg and Chatham Direct experience a strong plus.

The pay range shown represents the national average pay range for this role. Your pay may be more or less than the stated range and is dependent on your geographic location and level of experience.
