Located just outside of the heart of DFW, and in one of the fastest growing suburbs, the Plano, Texas office serves as one of the Company's two operations centers. It serves as the main hub for HDFS’ Commercial Finance business, and also houses employees representing Rider Services, Underwriting, Risk, Enterprise Project Management, Accounting, Compliance, Human Resources, Global Information Services, Communications, and Legal. Join our team as a Solutions Integration Manager.

Job Summary

The Solutions Integration Manager position is a critical component of the HDFS Retail Operations Team. The position serves as the second level of support for functional users and is responsible for the growth and development of HDFS user and customer efficiencies that leverage tools and technologies. The Solutions Integration Manager is also involved in process improvements that leverage HDFS systems, system configuration, troubleshooting, testing, and training activities, all aimed at business process and system prioritization and optimization. This position will serve as a liaison to GIS and be involved in the rollout of new Servicing applications & releases to existing.

Job Responsibilities

• Serves as primary contact for business and vendors to prioritize defect fixes and enhancements. Responsible for ensuring that those items are aligned to business value & industry standards, then appropriately scoped, tested and delivered per business requirements. 
• Prepares business teams for change by working closely with functional leadership and training teams to update documentation and ensure user community is ready to utilize. 
• This position is responsible for problem solving incidents or system related issues along with investigating and testing solutions. 
• Investigates solutions and resolves incidents using all available information sources. 
• Works constructively with GIS to prioritize and implement approved changes.
• Designs, tests, and implements business process improvements. 
• Monitors and analyzes business processes to optimize the use of systems, and works constructively with other business-system owners and GIS to resolve interface issues. 
• Specifically, this position works within the Retail Servicing segment and has primary responsibility for managing customer, vendor, dealer, and account information as it moves from DealLink into RideLink as well as the integrations that support the flow of that information in and out of RideLink for Servicing processes.

Experience Requirements

Required
• 5+ years of functional Operations experience (preferably in Customer Service, Collections, Loss Mitigation) 
• 5+ years of project Management Experience 
• 5+ years of active and successful leadership in the design and implementation of integrated solutions across multiple technologies 
• Experience leading a remote team 
• Must have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). They must be a strong team player and have the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization 
• Demonstrated leadership in facilitating, directing and influencing teams of various business and technical subject matter experts to accomplish large and complex project assignments/solution deliveries 
• Must be comfortable and proficient working through and resolving ambiguity, establishing credibility and building relationships 
• Strong organization skills and problem-solving skills to handle complex deliverables, changing priorities and tight schedules 
• Experience with large scale project delivery; writing and executing test cases as part of overall test plan; and dealing with software vendors
Preferred 
• Project Management Certification 
• Training/experience utilizing Agile project delivery methodology 
• Experience utilizing Jira 
• Experience with HP Quality Center (ALM)
