The Harley-Davidson Motor Company Corporate Headquarters in Milwaukee, WI is the site where the first H-D factory - a wooden shed - was built in 1903 in the backyard of the William C. Davidson family home. Join our team as a Senior eCommerce Analyst.

The eCommerce Sr Analyst is responsible for the overall performance of the Harley-Davidson online store including developing and achieving the financial sales forecast and associated key performance indicators such as traffic, conversion rate, average order value, and sell-through. You will be responsible for developing and implementing merchandising strategies in support of the company’s retail strategy and multi-channel goals and objectives. This role requires cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders in General Merchandise, US and International Sales, IT and Marketing organizations, and works closely with the broader Digital Marketing and Operations teams to develop the online customer experience and marketing plans. 
  
Job Responsibilities 
•    Executes site merchandising strategy and tactics to meet business objectives. 
•    Establish ongoing site optimization, product navigation, changes and enhancements to improve UX.
•    Manage business by tracking performance and analyzing sales and site metrics
•    Oversee and assist in the product go-live process including uploading product details and manage page merchandising driven by data, assortment information, and customer experience
•    Employ continuous improvement methodologies to improve processes, within eCommerce 
•    Partner with paid, owned, and earned channel marketing teams to efficiently achieve site traffic goals 
•    Performs quality assurance to ensure accuracy of online store
•    Responsible for the upkeep of launch calendar to ensure on-time delivery of products on the site. 
•    Provide weekly/monthly sales analysis, optimizing the site based on data
•    Forecast seasonal buys based on key products, seasonal trends and sales plan.
•    Identify gaps in eCommerce assortments and partner with brand and licensed product to round out assortment.
 
Experience Required 
This role typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience managing an online sales environment including: 
•    Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data to draw conclusions and translate into insights and recommendations. 
•    Excellent verbal and written communications skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions with key stakeholders, influencing other with strong follow-through. 
•    Ability to communicate effectively with internal, cross-functional employees to drive projects forward to completion 
•    Demonstrated ability to work interdependently and to manage multiple projects concurrently 
•    Ability to balance conflicting stakeholder needs, conflict situations, and collaborate / influence cross-functional situations  
•    Deep business and technical acumen with excellent understanding of merchandising, retail, ecommerce and multi-channel retailing.

•    Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
