Join us as an HRIS Project Manager (Sr. HRIS Analyst). These individuals maintain HR data integrity, audit and aid in the correction of data; assist with creating and maintaining workforce metrics, and serve as technical and process consultants to the business by introducing new technology or recommending improvements to existing technology.Here’s what you’ll do:
• Manage projects and initiatives or serve on project teams focusing on system upgrades, conversions, enhancements, etc.; frequently interface with subject matter experts (SME), users, and management to ensure quality, timeliness, and testing of all project work.
• Provide support for Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS) by researching, troubleshooting, and resolving issues, unexpected results, or process flaws; you will also work closely with suppliers and system experts to maintain system functionality and accuracy Design, develop, and monitor of common and standard HR business processes.
• Facilitate integration, user acceptance and regression testing through the development, documentation and execution of test cases and test scripts.
• Seek and champion opportunities for waste reduction and continuous improvement for HR processes including but not limited to SAP data and transaction entry, reporting and security administration.
• Gather, validate and analyze HR business processes in the areas of organizational design and workforce planning, job and position management in OM, and personnel movement/reorganizations.

Education Required
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology or equivalent field is preferred.

Experience Required

• At least 5 years of technology and business process experience.
• Demonstrated experience working with HR/Payroll information management systems (SAP, Fieldglass, Successfactors).
• Project management experience required: Proven results in leading HR technology project teams in accordance with Project Management methodologies – conducts unit testing, creates test plans, oversees end user testing, etc.
• Experience consulting with users/SMEs to define, gather, and document functional business requirements including process flows and system process documentation across multiple applications.
• Experience in documenting system errors, change requests, processes, and expected results and maintaining applicable metrics to develop key performance indicators (KPI).
