The Harley-Davidson Motor Company Corporate Headquarters in Milwaukee, WI is the site where the first H-D factory - a wooden shed - was built in 1903 in the backyard of the William C. Davidson family home. Join our team as a  Senior Business Process Analyst.

Job Summary

This role is responsible for leading the requirements-gathering and functional design of software development projects for Order-To-Cash processes in the Global Demand Fulfillment space. The Senior Business Process Analyst (BPA) will work with the business and SAP Global Template teams to scope and develop the future IT infrastructure of Harley-Davidson. Additionally, the BPA will identify Continuous Improvement (CI) opportunities throughout the Order-To-Cash space and establish and lead CI initiatives.

Job Responsibilities
  • Leads gathering of future-state system requirements and functionality, manage system development, testing, and training.
  • Solves complex problems relating to software development and product lifecycle
  • Builds cross-functional relationships with business, Global Information Systems (GIS), and project resources
  • Identifies and leads realization of CI opportunities in OTC areas, including Vehicle Order Management and Parts, Accessories, and Motorclothes Order Management
Education Requirements
Bachelor's Degree Preferred
Experience Requirements

              

  Required

  • Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience
  • Experience in customer service, project management and implementation
  • Strong communication skills

  Preferred

  • Experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP
  • Prior experience in supply chain, logistics, or order management
