The Harley-Davidson Museum is looking for energetic, outgoing people who can help provide Guided Tours, deliver Gallery Talks, and assist with various other visitor experience activities at the Harley-Davidson Museum, located in the heart of Milwaukee’s downtown.

The Museum features an unrivaled collection of Harley-Davidson motorcycles, memorabilia and pop culture displays on a 20-acre, park-like campus.


About this Role

These seasonal positions are critical to our business during our busy summer season, between May and September. While your schedule will vary week to week, you can expect to be scheduled between 28-32 hours a week.


A flexible schedule is also required; you will be expected to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required by visitor volume. Schedules are posted a month at a time allowing for you to plan for other commitments, trade shifts with your peers as needed, etc.


About You

We are looking for people who can provide a memorable guest experience for all our visitors from around the world. The passion and enthusiasm for the H-D brand and the sport of motorcycling is contagious, but you don’t need to know anything about Harley-Davidson to work here – we can teach you that. Instead we are looking for someone who can delight our guests by becoming a member of our professional and collegial team.



Education Requirements

High school diploma or GED/HSED is required (must be 18 years or older).



Experience Requirements

To be qualified for this role, you must have experience working in a customer-facing role. Your experience should have prepared you to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high attention to detail. A comfort level with computers and ability to learn a point of sale system (i.e. processing credit cards and cash) are also required.
