The Harley-Davidson Motor Company Corporate Headquarters in Milwaukee, WI is the site where the first H-D factory - a wooden shed - was built in 1903 in the backyard of the William C. Davidson family home. Join our team as a Apparel Quality Analyst.

Job Summary

The Product Quality Analyst position plays a critical role on the team to proactively inform the organization on Quality Performance results and create visibility to warranty issues and trends. The central focus is to provide accurate reports and timely communication regarding the quality requirements and strategy.

Job Responsibilities

  • Demonstrates working knowledge and experience in data analysis and forecasting capabilities. Has familiarity with quality and warranty processes.
  • Effectively communicates complex information regarding quality performance to stakeholders.
  • Demonstrates skill in creating, executing, monitoring detecting and prioritizing data.
  • Demonstrates working knowledge in analysis of warranty data including domestic and international markets.
  • Solves problems and provides solutions using both creative processes and analytical methods.
  • Demonstrates knowledge and experience in the use of advanced quality tools and techniques.

Required

  • Typically requires a minimum of 3 years of related experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively.

Preferred

  • Experience in the use of statistical and data manipulation techniques, Weibull Analysis preferred.
