The Customer Service Technician reports to the Director of Operations and will communicate with our inside Account Mangers, B2B Dealers and End Users regarding warranty and customer service-related questions.

 

This is what you do:

  • Answer incoming phone calls from STACYC Account Managers, Dealers and End Users in need of technical support.
  • Responding swiftly to all Support@stacyc.com emails.
  • Processing service and warranty claims through the company’s systems.
  • Work with dealers and end users via phone and email to diagnose and repair bikes that are having an issue.
  • Physically work on bikes that need repair or diagnostics that a dealer or end user cannot handle on their own.
  • Document all support cases, following up and resolving in a timely manner.
  • Prep warranty parts for shipment.
  • Communicate with Account Managers and informing them that dealer claims are fulfilled and closed.

 

Education Required:

This position requires a high-school diploma or GED.

 

Experience Required:

  • Typically requires a minimum of 2 years professional experience in a customer service-related role.
  • Mechanically inclined, able to use tools and follow procedures to repair and service products.
  • Data entry skills with an understanding that accuracy is of upmost importance.
  • Ability to communicate professionally via phone and email to other departments, dealers and end users.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and Outlook.
