STACYC is focused on New Rider Creation within the motorcycle industry and as a young, growing company STACYC is “first to market”, creating a new category within the motorsport and bicycle industries.


We are looking for an Account Manager to manage existing accounts. The position will be responsible for cultivating current relationships and generating sales from existing dealers within their territory. An account manager will also resolve warranty and customer service claims in the b2b channel. You will be the single contact for sales and customer service so that the attention to account status in both sales and service is held at a higher standard. You are the face to the dealers. You will also get the opportunity to attend marketing events with the sales team.


This is what you will do:

  • Work with Sales team member to cultivate relationships, secure reorders and help dealer sell-thru and a pace that allows STACYC to achieve its sales goals.
  • Manage territory sales to hit financial targets in gross revenue and units.
  • Actively evaluate network and identify the opportunity to grow successful dealers.
  • Contact accounts daily to solicit orders.
  • Develop a calling plan to ensure each account is contacted at least 2 times per month.
  • Ensure orders are entered in a timely manner and monitor their fulfillment as needed.
  • Ensure backorder reports are monitored and processed for all accounts within the given territory.
  • Police account credit limits and notify the accounting department if accounts require adjustment.
  • Answer incoming dealer calls.
  • Refer complaints of product or service failure to Sales Director and Product Development for quality investigation.
  • Must stay current on all product knowledge for product sold as well as competitive brand awareness.
  • Assist accounting department with collections as needed.
  • Ability to travel.


Education required: 

  • Relevant bachelor’s degree is preferred.


Experience Required:

  • Position typically requires 3 years of related professional experience.
  • Experience managing Customer Service and sales accounts.
  • Experience working with in sales.
  • Process oriented mindset with the ability to document and implement and track procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that requires quick thinking and effective multitasking.
