This role is responsible for the following work for the assigned product delivery team:

• Conduct Project Quality Target setting through analysis of 2yr warranty & past-TIR.

• Conduct DFMEA in support of improving designs and generating DVP&R.

• Conduct DVP&R planning to ensure completeness of testing and high risk items are mitigated.

• Conduct Full Vehicle Data Acquisition planning & generation of work orders to APG.

• Conduct Full Vehicle Durability planning,generation of work orders to APG, and follow up on issues (TIR)

• Conduct Problem Solving (via Cause Map) on high risk/difficult test related issues.

• Participate in Reliability Best Practice Circles & maintain expertise in Reliability Sciences.

Education Required
Successful candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field. A Master’s degree is preferred

Experience Required
The successful candidate will have a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience. Successful candidates will have demonstrated the following:
