Job Summary
The Projects Coordinator is responsible for supporting the accessories lifecycle process (sourced and/or licensed) for existing accessory product. They will have a general knowledge of all products in the portfolio to understand the impact of new and changes to existing OE vehicles to the current product assortment. They will leverage existing portfolio strategies and Product Managers to inform decisions across product lines.

Responsibilities include: supporting and guiding the current accessory lifecycle obsolescence planning activities across the portfolio, supporting Portfolio activities associated with product to motorcycle fitment relationship, leading the process for providing updated and accurate instruction sheets (i-sheets) for existing product sold in market and act as primary contact for existing Accessory product questions, changes and cross-organizational support (service, marketing, etc.).

The position will work closely with a diverse group of stakeholders including Product Management, Engineering, Go-To-Market, Supply Base, Global Sales Regions, and Customer Service to ensure that the Voice of Customer and stakeholder concerns are represented in all decisions.

Education Required
High school diploma or GED is required; Associate's preferred.

Experience Required

• A minimum of two (2) years’ experience with a focus on product development, project management, and in-depth knowledge of product development process and product life cycle management.

• Ability to translate sales performance and market insights into product lifecycle recommendations.

• Ability to translate Voice of Customer requirements and Strategy into product assortment.

• Technical aptitude in mechanical and electrical design is required with the ability to understand complex fitment across the entire portfolio of products.

• Ability to understand the interdependencies across a broad product offering.

• Motorcycle industry experience with a focus on the Harley-Davidson customization market is preferred.

• Excellent communication skills are required this would include interpersonal, presentation, and facilitation.
