Job Summary
The Product Planning Integration Lead is responsible for collaboration with assigned sales markets in executing and supporting the product portfolio vision and strategy to drive directed business results. In this role, you will lead through influence as the critical voice of the product portfolio and customer interface among Product Portfolio Strategy and Management team(s), by providing market insights and helping to remove barriers to achieve success. This will be accomplished through facilitated and formalized requests from the markets to develop customer-led, data driven inputs to support the development of product offerings, assortments and product content.

You will leverage consumer, market and product knowledge to support development of Market specific product plans to achieve financial goals in the markets. In addition, the role will collaborate with the Markets to deliver innovative solutions to complex problems that can affect sales targets.

Education Required
A Bachelor’s Degree in a Marketing, Communications or other business related discipline is preferred. MBA also desired.

Experience Required
We are looking for someone with:

• At least 8 years of experience in product management, portfolio and life cycle management or marketing/market planning experience in a motor vehicle or related products marketing environment.

• An extensive understanding of go to market processes in the retail and related products business.

• A demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects including: product planning and forecasting, global pricing, retail strategies and sales programs, supply, inventory, and compliance.

• An understanding of the programs/processes used in product development.

• Must be skilled at collaborating, influencing, negotiating, and building relationships with stakeholders from diverse functions and cultures

*This role involves frequent and regular travel (up to 40%).
