Job Summary
The IT Integration Manager owns and oversees the operation and development within the Extract Transformation and Load (ETL), Enterprise Application Integration (EAI), and Enterprise Data Replication (EDR) products.

You will work closely with the Enterprise Architecture team to develop, maintain and communicate the HDI integration technology strategy and road map. You will partner with the Infrastructure Architecture team to ensure integration technologies are maintained at N-1 on the appropriate hardware necessary to support the services. You will also develop and maintain a robust cloud integration strategy and act as the broker of these services.

This individual leads the effort to partner across Global Information Services (GIS) to define solutions and estimate costs and schedules in support of project initiatives. You will work closely with Data Team Managers in support of Data Warehousing, Governance, Quality, Security and MDM (Mater Data Management) efforts.

This position has direct reports and is responsible for performance appraisals, employee development, and employee engagement and the management of the team in creating integration designs and development.

Education Required
This position requires a Bachelor’s degree.

Experience Required
We are looking for someone with:

• 8 years of relevant information management technology experience, preferably in a global capacity.

• Demonstrated experience with development of IT strategies, roadmaps, demand management and prioritization, solution options development, and business case development.

• Demonstrated experience forming strong business partnerships with global and functional stakeholders including senior leadership.

• Experience managing a portfolio of information management integration technologies and capabilities which may include SAP PI, DataServices, IBM DataStage, QualityStage and Real-Time Integration.

• Strong project management experience, including management of full lifecycle implementations for major applications.

• Experience with technology selection processes including RFIs and RFPs.

• Understanding of ITIL processes and service level management.

• Ability to collaborate within a team while exercising independent judgment and initiative.

*Additional IM technology knowledge a plus : IBM DB2 Data warehouse, Microsoft SQL server and Analytics Services; and SAP and IBM MDM.
