Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Project Manager will oversee the day-to-day digital consumer engagement experience, content and functionality across the global digital footprint of Harley-Davidson. The primary focus will be digital operations, tools and new product launches. A highly collaborative role, this position will support the engagement strategy and interactions with customers across various digital channels and seamlessly integrate digital marketing across the organization. He/she will possess the digital marketing skills required to provide actionable counsel to regional and other stakeholders across the organization. This role will lead the execution of projects that increase the value of the brand and spur growth of key business metrics. This role is expected to bring an eye for design, along with practical digital user experience expertise.

Education Required
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field is preferred.

Experience Required
Minimum of 5 years of related professional experience, with at least 3 in Digital/Online Marketing, for a corporation or agency.

• Experience in budgeting and cost management

• Program and project management experience to effectively manage a portfolio of projects while working in a fast paced environment under strict deadlines

• Ability to manage relationships and build consensus with a diverse set of stakeholders at every level of the Company

• Requires a high degree of proficiency with interactive technologies including an extensive understanding of desktop, mobile and app development, management and measurement/analytics processes

• Strong digital marketing skills: SEO, online media (including paid search), mobile, social media, lead generation and eCommerce experience

• Experience executing large scale digital launches, including managing Global Content Management Systems with multiple languages and localization nuances.

• Experience with digital strategy, branding, user experience design and user experience testing
