Job Summary
The Brand Production Associate will manage internal stakeholders and agency resources responsible for creating and producing strategically directed creative marketing communications assets that support Harley-Davidson Motor Company annual marketing calendar, including full and mid-year model launches. This position will focus across the following areas: Motorcycles, Parts & Accessories, and General Merchandise.

Production includes, but is not limited to, the development of strategic national and retail advertising campaigns and promotions with regional nuances, photo and video assets to be used across marketing disciplines (ad/promo, web, social, Public Relations, Customer Lifecycle Management, etc.) and dealer support materials targeted to specific customer segments.

Additionally, this position will responsible for managing Global Marketing budget, internal resources and processes as well as support the process of aligning all marketing strategies and tactical activity to support clearly defined launch objectives and brand and business metrics.

This person must be able to lead through ambiguity and be skilled in the development and execution of creative ideas. The position will also have extensive cross-functional involvement with product development and management, as well as the regional leads on issues of overall marketing strategy including branding, product positioning and product launch.

Education Required
A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related area is preferred.

Experience Required
The successful candidate will have at least 3 years’ of Marketing experience, dealer network marketing experience is required. Demonstrated experience and working knowledge in the production process of various marketing materials in multiple mediums is required. Proven ability to clearly communicate strategic direction and lead suppliers and agencies. Requires ability to explain complex information to others in a straightforward way. Must have demonstrated experience in collaboration and consensus building among diverse, cross-functional areas of the organization. Experience in project planning including budget management required. Requires at least 30% travel.
