In addition, the Senior Account Manager is a mentor/resource to Account Managers, Associates, and others.<br/><br/>Primary Responsibilities<br/><br/>-  Build relationships with key dealership personnel within assigned regions in order to facilitate dealer loyalty to HDCC/HDFS and to assist with increasing commercial volume (approximately 50% of time and effort)<br/>-  Work collaboratively with a Credit Analyst on assigned region to better get to know dealers and understand Harley-Davidson Commercial Credit&#8217;s risk<br/>-  Promote understanding of products and services offered by explaining benefits to customers<br/>-  Actively participate in market intelligence information gathering from assigned dealer customers in order to help shape programs and promotions<br/>-  Travel as required to visit customers in order to build loyalty, resolve issues, and address risk<br/>-  Monitor the assigned portfolio to proactively identify prospective problems and mitigate risk in order to minimize potential loss<br/>-  Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, documentation issues, billing errors, payment application errors, disputes, program changes, and new sale requests and opportunities, and proactively seeking to minimize problems<br/>-  Comply with operational reporting requirements in a timely and efficient manner<br/>-  Follow up on legal documentation as needed<br/>-  Negotiate work out plans as required on complex delinquent accounts<br/>-  Monitor administrative paperwork to ensure timely processing of used bike funding and rebook requests.<br/>-  Assist with processing dealer inventory transfer requests as is necessary.<br/>-  Act as a mentor/resource to Account Managers, Associates, and others, and provide training to improve team competency and effectiveness<br/>-  Perform other duties as assigned<br/><br/>-  Responsible for protecting employees, customers and corporate information.
