Lead End User Training (EUT) and project communications including but not limited to coordinating communications between the project teams and departments by assisting them with interpretation and application of new/changing business processes and procedures; with information technology assessment and modification recommendations; enrollments for required training, monitoring progress of detailed cut over activities, including verification of converted data and providing post go-live departmental monitoring and support. Provide leadership to align External OCM provider methodology with H-D cultural norms, processes and established methodology. Identify and assess potential people-side risks and anticipate points of resistance and develop specific plans for OCM to mitigate these risks/concerns. Demonstrate ability to lead through influence and experience leading a large contingent consulting workforce. Strong vendor partner management skills to identify training needs based on OCM impact analysis and coordinate the complex delivery with the external OCM provider. Requires financial acumen to manage and track significant budget for overall OCM/EUT/COMM team on assigned initiatives.
